Established in 1996 Patterson Property Consulting is a property services company providing strategy, transaction management and project management services to users of commercial, industrial and retail property.
We work closely with our clients to find, build and deliver new offices, factories, warehouses and large retail premises. We are completely independent of real estate agents and institutional property owners meaning we can secure the best deal for our clients.
We search for, negotiate on and deliver new working environments, leasehold or freehold.
We help our clients lower the cost of property ownership and increase their productivity through well planned and executed strategies, not just theory – practice.
We are fully licensed to deal in property and our team, between them, have decades of experience in property, engineering and construction.
